As with any diet, exercise is also crucial to keeping your body in tip top shape. During a proper nutrition and weight loss diet, you should still allow yourself to consume each of the essential products for life: proteins, vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates and fats. If you chose a diet which eliminates any of these key nutrients, make sure you make up for them by taking some sort of dietary supplement so your body can keep functioning properly.
